Ocean One is an attractive boutique style contemporary designed condominium located directly on Maxwell Beach on the Maxwell Coast Road well away from the main road. It only has 21 apartments in total and its common amenities include gated secure entrance, private walled driveway and parking, digital security building access, reception seating area, all glass elevator access, two fully furnished air-conditioned gyms (weights and cardio), an open-air entertainment deck on the second floor with shared BBQ facilities, pool, Jacuzzi, kids splash pool and manicured beachfront gardens.
The apartment on the third floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with two bathrooms en-suite and the third as a shared guest bathroom. The bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds.
