General information on the rental space at Lewis Tower is as follows: The owner would be covering the cost of the potable water supply. The renter would cover the cost of the electrical supply, telephone supply, data supply and any other additions they require. The common areas (20ft by 20ft area with the main stair case and the elevator) have already been outfitted by the owner. The bathrooms have also been outfitted by the owner. The cost of the outfit of the office space is the responsibility of the renter. The renter must consult with the owner and the owner must approve the proposed outfit before proceeding. The ground floor and a section of the first floor have already been rented by Lewis Drug Mart (a pharmacy). Rentable space on the floors is as follows:1st floor – 2000 sq.ft. of office space 2nd floor – 2800 sq.ft of office space 3rd floor – 2000 sq.ft of office space + 800 sq.ft. of patio not include in the cost of the rent A brief review of what is offered by the Lewis Tower property is as follows: 8 No. persons elevator Main stair case has security cameras & emergency lights Security camera on the exterior of the building Fire system (includes dry rise, smoke detectors, pull stations, 100ft long fire hoses, etc.) Exterior lights (enough to light up the whole parking area). Each floor has its own A/C/ which is supplied by the owner. Also, the ductwork to each floor has already been installed by the owner. Each floor has its own electrical meter and panel.
