Unit 103 Summerland forms part of the six dwelling block known as Tranquility within the Summerland Development. This beautiful, fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is on the second level of the building. Summerland is located along our West Coast, it is a short distance away from many amenities including banking and shopping, it is just across from lovely sea bathing and beaches. Upon entering this fully air-conditioned home, one notices the space and its easy flow. The kitchen is on the left from the entrance. It is superbly finished with granite countertops, a jalousie window at the sink and a counter with breakfast bar which opens onto the open plan living and dining area.
